The 15th International Computer Science Symposium in Russia

!!! CANCELLATION !!!

The organizing committee of CSR 2020 closely follows the current situation with COVIR-19 in the world. As for Russia, it is still at a relatively early stage, about three weeks behind the most of the Europe, and is developing by nearly the same scenario. This means that at least three more months will be needed to return to a nearly normal situation and, in particular, to open the borders for traveling. In these circumstances, we have no other choice but to cancel CSR as a live meeting.

By courtesy of Springer, all accepted papers and invited lectures will be published in an LNCS volume as scheduled, and the corresponding authors of the papers will receive complimentary copies of the volume.

We know that one of the main values of a scientific conference is a live communication between the participants, leading to new connections, joint projects, and new insights. We hope to preserve at least a part of this value. We will shortly notify the invited speakers and the authors of accepted papers about online formats we suggest.

Ekb_univThe 15th International Computer Science Symposium in Russia (CSR 2020) will take place at the Ural Federal University, Ekaterinburg, Russia on June 29 - July 3, 2020  under the auspices of the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science (EATCS). The conference will be hosted by the Institute of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of  Ural Federal University.

Béla Bollobás will deliver the distinguished opening lecture.

Authors are invited to submit papers presenting original and unpublished research. The proceedings will be published in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science Series (LNCS). Simultaneous submission to journals or other conferences with published proceedings is not allowed.

Previous CSR proceedings

Submitted papers should not exceed 12 pages and should follow the LNCS-style LaTeX2e. All proofs omitted due to space constraints should be given in an appendix or made accessible through a reliable link to a freely available electronic preprint.  Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF through the EasyChair system.

A number of extended conference papers will be published in MDPI Algorithms journal and Springer Theory of Computing Systems journal, click here for details.
